Refund & Return Eligibility

• Refund or return requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of parcel delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Customers must provide a genuine reason for refund such as:
  • Damaged acrylic earrings
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Information
